hi!
i have a good-sized two bedroom apartment becoming available in my owner-occupied double in lower allentown. this apt has
-original woodwork, carpeting, and many original details.
-a living room, dining room, and porch off of the l.r.
$495 includes water, trash, laundry (your own seperate machines in the basement), kitchen appliances, and wireless internet.
pay your own utilities, and have a cell phone, phone system is not working (i feel it's obsolete and don't plan to fix it). also, i have a large fenced yard, and friendly dogs are probably cool, and will have playmates. cats are negotiable.
available approx. 1/15
evenings and weekends are best for showings.
