Im sorry if this seems like spam, but it really isnt.

I have been thinking about ways to help the people in the new orleans area anyway i can, and since i have some medical training as well as carpentry experience, i thought maybe there could be some use for me down there....

i have looked all over the useless internet trying to find some organizations that are looking for volunteers to go help these people but like i said, the internet is useless....

so this is what i am thinking, i am going to try and find as many people as i can, get them all together, raise some cash for travel expenses, rent a truck or a van, and head down and do what we can.

what happened to these people is horrible and there are not nearly enough people to help them, so im gonna try and do what i can.

anyone else willing to try and take on this task?

We were actually on channel 7 news at 540 and 6pm tonight about this.

we will hopefully be setting up donation booths in the elmwood area this weekend, so please if you can help in anyway, we would GREATLY appreciate it, and i know the poor victims of this tragedy would DEFINATELY appreciate it!
